1. What this Service is
The Sharp Promo Video Relay (“the Service”) is an internal business tool operated by Sharp Promo (sharppromo.com). It republishes supplier product videos — with each supplier’s written permission — to Sharp Promo’s YouTube channel and indexes them for use in Sharp Promo’s customer documents.
2. Who may use it
Use of the Service is limited to Sharp Promo staff and systems authorized by Sharp Promo. There is no public registration. Unauthorized access is prohibited.
3. Content and permissions
Every supplier whose content the Service republishes has granted Sharp Promo permission to reuse that content, and each permission grant is recorded before any content is fetched. Republished videos remain the property of their respective owners. If you believe content has been republished in error, contact us at the address below and we will review and, where appropriate, remove it.
4. YouTube API Services
The Service uses YouTube API Services. Users of the Service also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google’s Privacy Policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy. The Service’s own privacy policy is at /privacy.
5. Availability and changes
The Service is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. Sharp Promo may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. These terms may be updated; the date above reflects the latest revision.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sharp Promo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
